Of course, we also offer it in our restaurant,
This time, we focus on "Date-no-Kura Special Beef Tongue Shabu-Shabu-Shabu 2,500 yen (tax included)" which is available by reservation only.
Carefully selected beef tongue is sliced thinly and served in a broth made from sardines.
It retains the crunchiness that is typical of beef tongue,
Its tender meat texture is different from that of thickly sliced char-grilled meat.
The fat has been trimmed off moderately, and the dish is refreshing, but still has a great flavor!
You can start with it simply as it is, and then wrap vegetables around it if you like,
